My stay at The Boardwalk Village was a good experience with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, perfect for families. I had a great time at this boutique hotel right on the beach of Negril's Seven Mile Beach. The peaceful environment was a plus; it was less crowded than other areas. One highlight was the amazing service from the beach staff, especially Oneike, who always made sure we were comfortable. On the downside, the dining experience could definitely use some improvement, as my meals took a while to arrive and felt a bit underwhelming.
